5-6 fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig or two for garnish

1 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 peach, peeled and cubed 

3 ounces of Bourbon

Splash of peach liqueur

In the bottom of a julep glass or a highball muddle the mint, sugar and peaches. Top with lots of ice to fill the glass. Add the Bourbon and peach liqueur and stir. Garnish with mint sprig.
