Maureen has appeared on all of the major networks including CNN and FOX and as a judge on Food Network’s Iron Chef America and Beat Bobby Flay. She has 20+ years experience in front of the camera both in live TV and produced series.

ORIGINAL RECIPE & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT- Maureen’s culinary, wine and drinks education includes graduating in the top of her class from The Culinary Institute of America and two decades of creating and developing original recipes for food and drink giants in the industry. Her expertise and television exposure make for a great combination in partnering with brands to develop interest in new products and re- invent longstanding brands and ingredients with new recipes and fresh editorial content. In addition, she has authored four books, developed original websites and created several long running editorial columns both for on- line and in print magazines.

CREATIVE CONSULTANT-  Maureen has worked on original marketing and menu concepts for Jack Daniel’s, Campbell’s, Pepperidge Farms, the Smithsonian, NIKE, Google, Symantec, Unilever, Aramark’s Lifeworks, Procter and Gamble, GE and many more. From website makeovers to menu concept development and implementation for new restaurants she has extensive hands- on experience.

BRAND AMBASSADOR/ SPOKESPERSON- Maureen has joined forces with many brands over the years that pair perfectly with her maker lifestyle. She is always seeking new food, drink and lifestyle brands to work with to continue teaching both her audience and the media. She has hosted Satellite Media Tours, desk side briefs, one- on- one interviews, and presented at live events as a spokesperson and brand ambassador. 

EVENT HOST/SPEAKER- Maureen has been invited to speak and host culinary and mixology demonstrations all over the world. She is available to emcee, host or participate on panel discussions in the areas of Food, Drink, Entertaining and Lifestyle. Most recently Maureen has participated in live events as a host for the NFL, the NBAA and OLAY .

FOOD STYLIST- Maureen started her food styling career with the Food Network and has worked with numerous corporate and editorial clients to create beautiful photography and video. Her past client list is extensive and her work as a stylist has been featured on NBC’s TODAY show to instruct others in the art of food styling.
